Ingredients include organic chamomile, fennel, organic fenugreek, organic rosehip and rose petals. Locally made in Tasmania, each box contains 25g of the lactation tea blend. I have personally tried many types of lactation tea over the years and this is by far my favourite, without the “bitey” fennel aftertaste. Steep as a much needed hot cuppa, or serve chilled as iced lactation tea for busy mothers on the go!

“The Art of Tea is a small Tasmanian business, established in 2000. From humble beginnings the Art of Tea began selling just 12 different varieties of tea at Salamanca Market, on Saturdays. The business quickly grew, as the demand for quality loose leaf teas became apparent. The Art of Tea now has over 130 tea & herbal varieties available! The stall at Salamanca Market still plays a key part in the success of the business with interstate & overseas visitors returning to the stall for more of their favourite tea blends. The locals too visit often for a chat and to stock up tea…. At the Art of Tea, we are passionate about improving health and wellbeing.
